What is the best part about your compensation package?

Pay is fair and commensurate with experiene.

I like that there a multiple health options but enjoy having dental coverage

It was everything including not to bad

Better pay and more benefits

My A.D. will snap at me if I am to ask for help in my room or of i ask for anything. I got called in early because a call out, not only is there no thank you for being a teacher they can count on, they "forgot" i opened. So there was ZERO communication that they messed up. Should stop gossiping.

I make barely over minimum wage even with a degree. When they decided to raise the starting pay they needed to bump current employees to match. Now all the employees that have worked for the company for years are making the same as the 18 year old they hire off the street.

they dont see me as a human being

No one from the company, outside of our building cared about the teachers or the kids.

I quit because my pay wasn't good! I was doing way more than any teacher in the building! Wasn't lead qualified but had me doing lead teacher responsibilities. Wasn't appreciated

To have someone to work with their communicate with you and discuss things, and both people with the same page

Wants to pay me $12.50 an hour but wants me to work in an environment where i could get sick easily. I have a a friend thats been working there for 5 years. She has strep for 3-4 days and the supervisor was not letting her go to the doctor. Doesnt matter if she has a lot of responsibility or not.

CRIMINALLY underpaid for the work we do.

Lack of transparency and appreciation.

I know my worth and what I bring to the table.

I love this company and its mission, however i feel the teachers are under appreciated. We pour our hearts into ohr jobs and love our kids. When asked to work late or pick up others slack we do, but we do not get paid for this. We are made to take extended lunches sometimes making our lunch 3 hours.

More professionalism at the workplace

I started out as an assistant and took on the role of the Lead Teacher and I never got proper training support anyone to answer the phones or pay

I was looked more as a enployerr more than a parent avocading for my kids the situations with my kids were never handled or showed they actually cared which is pathetic.

I want equal opportunity and transparency
