I have no faith in my management. I can not trust them. If i hear my AD talking bad about other staff up front, why would i trust her with anything? I have spoke to them about help with my class, they will send the most helpless co teacher & i have all the work load. They show they could care less.
Needs a new supervisor ans needs to be more organized. Should be way more staff if the supervisor is refusing to let people go to the doctor because of the responsiblity they have.

The parents never know who will have their child or where their child's things are. The teachers dont even know who is doing what or where the kids are.

Structure, and organization. As a teacher we give 110% and it feels as if the office crew is just doing whatever with their freedom outside the classroom. Making own hours of office staff, and just lack of support. As teachers we are the foundation and stone for daily routine and director is lax

Forney children academy needs an entire overhaul with people in place that want to make sure the children are taken care of rather than focusing on numbers and money that no one can figure out where its going, cause it aint coming to us or them kids.
