My director is by far the most unpleasant person I have ever had to work for. She makes you feel bad for anything you do, there's never anything you can do right. She makes the environment cold and unbearable. Her arrogance and attitude are going to be what drives me out of this company.

A different director would make everything work better.
What makes you most happy at work?
Watching my students smile, learn and laugh. But clocking out is a close second.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being understanding that their employees are HUMANS, NOT ROBOTS. And if we request time off, that is TOTALLY in our rights as over worked employees. I'm sure it is an inconvenience when all you want to do is sit up front at the desk and not do a thing to help out your teachers.
