What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I try to keep it positive in my classroom and when people enter, we try to keep positive for the kids.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Privacy, communicating with EVERYONE, stop gossiping about teachers and parents. Start following protocols so teachers and children aren't at risks of infections and viruses and illnesses. Show more appreciation to the teachers and employees. They need it at least once a week to keep them uplifted.
