I worked at the Bentonville, Arkansas location for only a week. I quit simply because the supervisor shannon is very unorganized and does not have any concern for anyones health. Even the students. Now that im gone she hasnt got back to me in a week about receiving my pay.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The coworkers that have been there for years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The staff is nice but the managing is not.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Asking if you have any health issues that you would have to desl with while at work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Needs a new supervisor ans needs to be more organized. Should be way more staff if the supervisor is refusing to let people go to the doctor because of the responsiblity they have.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wants to pay me $12.50 an hour but wants me to work in an environment where i could get sick easily. I have a a friend thats been working there for 5 years. She has strep for 3-4 days and the supervisor was not letting her go to the doctor. Doesnt matter if she has a lot of responsibility or not.
