It was awful. The centers are great if you have a good director. The corporate leadership is awful.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being there for the kids, not the money. Remembering that you are only willing to pay teachers barely above minimum wage, so cannot expect them to perform like masters degree level teachers.
