Very stressful. No support from upper management. What so ever, and then they will give me an attitude when i ask for help or support. They sit at the front an gossip about other staff members.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Support from management. They will support at their own willingness. If we threaten to contact HR we will get support
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing at the moment. It use to be my management, but its honestly to see how terrible myself & co-workers can be treated. There is no accountality for any person who works at the front. They just sit and gossip.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have no faith in my management. I can not trust them. If i hear my AD talking bad about other staff up front, why would i trust her with anything? I have spoke to them about help with my class, they will send the most helpless co teacher & i have all the work load. They show they could care less.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My A.D. will snap at me if I am to ask for help in my room or of i ask for anything. I got called in early because a call out, not only is there no thank you for being a teacher they can count on, they "forgot" i opened. So there was ZERO communication that they messed up. Should stop gossiping.
