Pay is fair and commensurate with experiene.
I like that there a multiple health options but enjoy having dental coverage
It was everything including not to bad

That we are a community of educators who seek to teach the future.
I get to work with dedicated teachers
We all care about each other
My co-teacher and my coworkers are all very sweet women
We have each others backs
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being able to teach children how to help themselves within the classroom.
The children and the different culture
Most toxic environment since they all get together at lunch time in director's office and talk about others. I over heard myself talking about me while passing by iffice. I emailed the HR and director andvi didnt hear anything back.
The teachers care about each other
It's a place to collect some type of wage

What did you like most about the interview process?
Hired without neeting me and when i asked to see the location they said no do you want the job or nit
They did ask lots of questions and I should've taken that as a red flag knowing that the center has been going through a lot of drama

The kids learning, laughing, and having fun and calling my name.
Hugs from children, Parents happiness with MY WORK. Leaving for the day.
Being able to communicate with my co-workers.
Being a teacher and watching the kids learn and achieve.
