I thought the JRT was a fantastic experience which really got one ready for participating in the job!
I think the most awesome and wonderful part of my organization is it's inclusive culture that makes a welcome home for autistic individuals within the employment landscape. It is full of really qualified talented people and helps the world in MANY ways!
I am most happy at work to know that I am apart of a company that changes peoples lives: whether it is our Allentown school, our A2W program, or CAICares donations etc my company is a great organization I am proud to be apart of!
Whenever I had issues that required escalation beyond the scope of my immediate supervisors, they were addressed immediately with great care to listen and ensure I felt supported. There are always challenges to ensure your employees are happy but I think CAI tries harder than most!
The insurance is not the best coverage or with the most cost effective provider. I have dealt with them previously and found that compared to other Blue Cross franchises they tend to give less and cost more. We do not receive equity nor 401K matching which are now industry standards.
I love my team. It is a joy to wake up and interact with some of the most wholesome and kind people I have had the great pleasure to work with. I think we are supported and guided to success for the most part though it could be bit better.
