What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too much focus on money instead of relationships

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview process was fine.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication, vision, strategy, hiring good people - pretty much everything a leader should do.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Be more professional. Also, they need to learn and do their jobs better.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The PTO. However CAI does not match 401K which is a big miss on their part.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Almost everything! Starting with making sure competent people are in leadership positions. There is way too much promotion of people who really are not competent to be leaders. Hold leadership accountable for following through on the tactical side of the strategy - give direction!!
