While the people at CAI I've worked with are great and the pay is fair, there are some company features that I think are missing. I was not provided with an office chair for remote work, the 401k match is a 3-year cliff vesting schedule, and PTO is minimal since holidays come out of YOUR PTO bank.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team is a really excellent group of people, so getting to work with and know them has been a pleasure.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation package is the medical/vision/dental, but it comes at a fairly high cost to the employee (over $2000 per year).
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is hardworking and extremely helpful. As someone new to the workforce, they've helped me greatly as I find my footing on the team and with the work we're doing.
