What is the best part about your compensation package?

Independently purchased health insurance is way too expensive

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Having both a long view and attending to current needs and issues makes for a productive mix.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Clarity of expectations. Opportunity for frank discussions why a particular skill set was in the job description.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The fact that I have nothing to complain about speaks volumes. This is the first company I've worked for that I can honestly say this.

What makes you most happy at work?

Visibility. The team is informed and our goals (long term and within any given sprint) are clear. When there is change it is properly communicated.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team of 13 is exactly the right mix of skills and backgrounds to get the project done efficiently. Proper assessment up front of the project needs makes a huge difference.
