What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team isn't afraid of the truth whether it's good or bad. They are open to trying new things to move the needle and to keep CAI progressing forward.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Willingness to collaborate, pitch in and get projects done. I love that no one is made to feel like they can't ask a question. It's a very open environment where people can ask for clarification or another explanation if they don't fully grasp a concept.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our Neurodiverse Solutions program that pairs clients with capable employees that can excel in their areas of expertise. There is a willingness and openness to learn from each other, celebrating culture, diversity and inclusion. We are always encouraged to join in to help our communities.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiter was friendly, helpful and honest. They let me know where their might be gaps in my experience but also areas in which I would excel. Ultimately, the company wasn't only looking for experience fit but also a culture fit to benefit both parties and we moved swiftly to bring me onboard.
