
My direct leadership team is one of the best because they have done the work that I am currently doing. They know what the job entails and are ready to lend a hand at a moments notice.
We are all working remote but interact with each other constantly throughout the day. For example, if I have a Client that throws me a curve ball, I post the issue on our Teams site and get responses back from my team.
First and foremost is the fact that we are able to work remotely, due to Covid-19 (actually I would have never been able to work here with out that because of the location of the Service Desk prior to Covid-19). Also the sense that we all have each other's back and can assistance at anytime.
