What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inviting environment. Everyone's attitude has been one of assisting the team to learn their business in a positive environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are diversified and bring different outlooks, experiences, and we all have a mutual respect for one another. My manager is knowledgeable and shares that knowledge for a great learning experience.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My manager. He was/is very knowledgeable about the company and his roles. He alleviated my anxieties by ensuring me that we could handle any situation that may arise as long as we 'own' any mistakes or issues. Be transparent to the customer.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new areas of the business and working with my team to learn as well. I enjoy working and talking with my team. We meet every morning and listen to discussions about children, pets, parents. It draws us closer together to have each other's back.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are not the best I have had, but for my health insurance, I love how the health experts, nurses, reach out to find out if there is anything they can assist. They follow up to make sure you received the quality health advice and solution available.
