My growth is boundless. I am able to make work what it is by partaking in the projects that I know will move the needle.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are collaborative and cross-functional. For example, when we are submitting for an award, the sales team, account management team, HCM team, marketing team, communications team, and recruiting team all rally for the common goal and cause.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick. There wasn't any wait time. Within a week I knew that they wanted to move forward with me. And within 2 weeks I had the hiring manager call me to offer me the job.
