What is the best part about your compensation package?Equity and bonus structure make the total compensation package competitive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Pay is good, not great. Private Equity isn't worth much, because they most likely never be bought out and are never going to go public.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Open door policy and they're easy to talk to. Ask any question and they'll deliver an answer that shouldn't leave you with more questions (within reason).
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Unfortunately I don't believe CMT will ever fix its company culture, its gone down hill every year since they bought TruMotion.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership talks (a lot) but doesn't truly lead anything, no clear vision, no strategy and poot to no execution.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? There needs to be a complete replacement of Senior Leadership.
