Open door policy and they're easy to talk to. Ask any question and they'll deliver an answer that shouldn't leave you with more questions (within reason).
Leadership tries to be transparent within means. All of them have open door policies and you can request time with them as you see fit. Year over year it seems things keep getting better and that is clearly in part thanks to them.
The leadership team genuinely cares about the people here at CMT.
They get us swag sometimes
Leadership talks (a lot) but doesn't truly lead anything, no clear vision, no strategy and poot to no execution.
Equity and bonus structure make the total compensation package competitive.
Pay is good, not great. Private Equity isn't worth much, because they most likely never be bought out and are never going to go public.
Overall the pay is average but the rest of the total compensation package does make up for that. Ample PTO, holidays and benefits make it hard to look elsewhere for work.
Great salary and bonus with a 401k match.

My team is easy to get along with and quick to act when requested. We work as a mostly well oiled machine to get the job done

There are ample opportunities to destress at work and the HR team attempts to keep these options coming throughout the year. Everyone is eager to work towards solutions at work as long as there is a clear goal in reach.
The flexibility around family and personal commitments is amazing.
They want to do good in the preventing distracted driving.
People are kind to one another
Unfortunately I don't believe CMT will ever fix its company culture, its gone down hill every year since they bought TruMotion.
Visionary leadership at the top who is able to connect it to anneffective strategy and get the company back on track.
Round robin style interview that was adequately long based on the field. Each step of the process was explained in depth.
It was very interactive and gave me solid insight into what it's like to work here.
