
Open door policy and they're easy to talk to. Ask any question and they'll deliver an answer that shouldn't leave you with more questions (within reason).
Leadership tries to be transparent within means. All of them have open door policies and you can request time with them as you see fit. Year over year it seems things keep getting better and that is clearly in part thanks to them.
The leadership team genuinely cares about the people here at CMT.
They get us swag sometimes
Hire someone to develop a strategy and begin executing to it. The revenue has likely peaked with the current leadership teams capabiltities.

Leadership talks (a lot) but doesn't truly lead anything, no clear vision, no strategy and poot to no execution.
