Everyone is too nice. Hence, people are afraid to speak their mind especially when they see their co-workers not lifting their own weights.
What makes you most happy at work?
When the product we are developing is actually making a difference at the client level. Sometimes it is hard to see the impact when the key objectives aren't well defined
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A lot of young people at Capital One NYC office hence a lack of soft skills. There is also a lack of talent in many of the new hires and mentorship is non-existent to train them.
