Capital one is a Company that truly cares about their associates. They allow you to bring your whole self to work. You're able to bring your ideas to work without feeling like you will be rejected.

Performance management toxic culture. Clean house. Fire all middle management. 27 year olds with 3 years work expeirence are not supposed to be people leaders

The benefits pay much less than other companies that I have worked for. I pay more out of pocket with Capital One.
