What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having flexible PTO is very beneficial with young kids at home.

The flexible PTO policy is great. Allows me to take time for my family when needed.

Salary is great but honestly, the 3 day weekend once a month and unlimited PTO is hands down my favorite part. I feel like I have a healthy personal life and that just makes me more consistently excited to come to work.

kindness. People here are just genuine human beings and always willing to help when needed. I'm not sure how Carbon managed to hire this many genuinely kind and intelligent people, but here we are.
