They don't care about their employees. Compensation is not competitive. Job security is low, they fire people for little to no reason. Always understaffed, resulting in high stress and excessive work for their employees. I do not recommend working at Cardinal Health.

Valuing the employees. Providing better compensation and not overworking the employees.
