Get rid of the barriers between supervision and hourly employees managers and supervision need to be more receptive to criticism and more willing admit shortcomings and wrong doing and change the one on one process it’s unfair

After at least 3 years service an employee should be fast tracked to top pay the discrepancy in pay between 5 year employees and 10 year employees is ridiculous because all those with 10 years or better got top pay after 2 years
