Stability. At my particular facility, so many people in the front office come and go. This causes constant flux which frustrates the floor personnel.
Communication! It seems as though whenever there is a change in procedure or policy everyone learns about it at the last minute. Or, no one can accurately explain how things should be prior to a mistake being made.
At the Moberly facility, we have outdated machines that are over worked with no rest period or time for proper maintenance. We went from working 10 hour shifts to 12 hour shifts and that leaves no time for the machines to be worked on and maintained. Plus, the machines are always being Jerry rigged
