Horrible. There was NO work-life balance. Also- no diversity or inclusion unless you are white. Even after winning an award and having stellar success I wasn't even allowed a vacation day without my boss calling me.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is virtually non Diversity and Inclusion.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Actual work life balance and fairness for all even those without children.

Less interviews. You shouldn't have to meet 6 or 7 people for one role.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Would like to be able to take vacation days without being called by my boss constantly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some team members are outgoing and honest. Others are ruthless liars just trying to get ahead at all costs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Priorities constantly change but you are expected to get everything done. At one point for 9 months I was working FOUR jobs.
