I hated the New Orleans LOCATION. If I had work elsewhere, I probably would not have such a traumatizing experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
UNDER-VALUE DE-GRADED DE-MEAN from upper management and $0.00-$0.30 cents raises are not reasonable especially for pharmacy technicians.
What did you like most about the interview process?
it was extremely easy because they are desperate in getting someone in to work the most terrible shifts of all times.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The culture is horrible and fake. Discrimination, prejudice, harassment, de-grading, and hostility all plays a huge role in working at cardinal health.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Sweep all of the 30+ years co workers and staff and train everyone correctly. Cardinal health is so cheap when it comes to a positive staff environment. They are not will to INVESTIGATE and resolve the problem within the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team need to care, respect, and be genuine about there employees. There turnover rate will always be HIGH because they have horrible leaders that has been in the industry for a DECADE and treat employees unfairly. When ever we report about anything, they sweep everything under the rug!!!
