Sweep all of the 30+ years co workers and staff and train everyone correctly. Cardinal health is so cheap when it comes to a positive staff environment. They are not will to INVESTIGATE and resolve the problem within the company.
Leadership team need to care, respect, and be genuine about there employees. There turnover rate will always be HIGH because they have horrible leaders that has been in the industry for a DECADE and treat employees unfairly. When ever we report about anything, they sweep everything under the rug!!!
