wages are lower. my job title at another company would be 50% higher.

Most of the leaders are good at listening and being empathetic, but really have hands tied

It was round robin, not just one person, so the team can decide who to hire, not just the manager.
What are some of the best things about your team?
my team consists of one person who thinks they are the boss, and nothing has been done to nip the attitude because she knows EVERYTHING.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company gives us much needed time off and everyone worked hard during the Covid Pandemic. The overall atmosphere is a company that does care, just a few bad apples can make it seem otherwise
