Caregiver, Inc. Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It's a good health care package and flexible schedule.

Sign in bonus they give you

I am still new and have not had the chance to utilize it.

My base pay is very fair for what I do.

the best part is their competitive pay

Time off and the realization that family are first. Always encouraged to take care of family first.

Review from Operations Dept

FREE telemedicine is the best benefit.

Review from Operations Dept

paid fairly relative to peers

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Insurance through the company is too expensive. We are not paid fairly. They do not make an attempt to bring in more workers even though we are very understaffed. I believe a raise and better attempts at getting new workers in would be nice.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Better pay should be better, cost of living is not managable with such low pay

You dont give everyone the same raise, especially when they get hired and you been employed for over 10 years and what company doesn't give their employees a raise since i started

For the stress that you under go by being short staffed and under paid and over worked the pay isn't worth the stress!

Better benefits, 401k matching and paid short term disability.

No 401 match. No one has head of the insurance so i cant even use it. They dont pay out PTO, sign on bonuses or anything else they promise.

raise the rate of pay to compare to other facilities near by.

A 401 k with some kind of a match

401K match would be ideal.

I am undervalued at $9 an hour for the last 3 years and no raise in sight. There is no match for 401 K. There is no work life balance, and I cannot take my earned ATO because there are no staff to fill in. If I quit even in good standing, I cannot get paid for my earned ATO.

Pay a livable wage so I can afford the insurance.

Review from Operations Dept

Paid according to industry knowledge, skillset, verifiable work history, tenured with the company.

The 401K has no match....at all....0....nada....zilch...at $9.00 an hour, I can never retire. I can't afford insurance, and if I could, the coverage is barebones. I can't use my ATO because we have no staff to work in my place.

Get comp to a livable wage or at least competitive

New staff started at $10. Then they started at $9.50. I been here 7 years. Started at $9 and still making it. No reward for loyalty or experience.

I make $9.00 an hour and have for 7 years. I get no evaluation to help me be better. The 401k has no match. I have 120 hours of ATO I can't use because we are short staffed. I can't afford the health insurance

401K match would be beneficial.

There needs to be reviews with corresponding increases. The company does no raises unless there is a position change.

The benefits package does not offer a lot of coverage, and the payment of the direct care staff is ridiculously low for what they have to deal with.

Our base pay is lower than most companies that also offer the same services. Higher pay.
