I work independently most of the time unless I need help.
Everyone is in the line of work because they have a big heart and want to make a difference in the lives of some of the most vulnerable in our society. The culture of the company is mostly positive and we work as a team to solve a lot of concerns.
Most of my work day, if not all of it, is spent only around the clients in the homes. They make it better.
We work together and help each other meet the goals of the company.
My current team is both collaborative and positive. We support each other and our efforts.
Can't really say, we get new staff then after a couple of weeks they leave
