What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Get new managers in the willaimbrug atea

Stop trying to take family away fron family

They always complain about whats going on

Management needs to care more about the residents.

Broken equipement. Horrible administration. RM treat the staff horribly and nothing is done.

Horrible management, company continously lies to staff, broken equipment. All staff have the same view which is that administration has no concern for staff or residents in general. CEO sent an email bashing our "competitor" and praising Caregiver who isnt any better.

no staff retention. unwilling to invest in building or staff.

Support Center keeps inventing new job titles at the corporate level and not investing in frontline workers.

Many consumers and guardians do not seem happy

The Support Center needs to promote from the field from knowledge people who have paid their dues.

Our customers are our clients. They do not receive the care they need because we are under staffed. Sometimes I work for 24 or more hours with no relief.

Short staffed. Unhappy about care. Staff are trained well but some parents aren't happy

Offer raises to compete with competitirs and boost Morale. 401k with matching

Corporate become more aware of what happens away from corporate.

We are told to out on a show when management comes by. They don't want to see our working conditions

Our clients are dirty. We take behaviors no one else will, which runs off good clients. Our homes need paint and repair

No one cares about the vulnerable population we serve. They are treated like cattle
