Relaxed depending on school/department.
What is CASE's policy towards pets in the workplace?
No pets with the exception of perhaps service animals which I've not seen anyone with.
Is it possible to switch teams at CASE? If so, what is the process?

What is the PTO policy at CASE?
PTO/Vacation is the same. There are sick days separate from vacation days.
What is the onboarding process like at CASE and how long does it last?
When I was hired there wasn't any training and I had to figure out the culture, systems on my own. I would venture to say it's that way throughout the university because any position I interviewed for more often than not the person in the position had already left.
What is the hardest interview question CASE asks?
There are no hard interview questions in my experience, however, the strength/weakness or what was your most stressful type questions are asked and if you're experienced or don't let those thing bother you it can be annoying to come up with a fake answer.
What is the company mobility like at CASE?
Some of the buildings are older so there may not be a ramp and you may have to go through a different building that connects to the building you need to go to.
What kind of activities do employees at CASE participate in outside of work?
In my experience, there are times periodically going out for a meal or during holidays having lunch sponsored.
What is the best perk or benefit that CASE offers?
If you have a relaxed department/person you work for, being able to participate in different programs. The relaxed atmosphere. Having access to legal services (you pay for).
What do you wish you knew before starting at CASE?
That I wouldn't get paid my worth once hired and it's not necessarily about getting your foot in the door at all organizations.
How hard is it to get promoted at CASE?
In my experience not easy if you're wanting more pay however, you can post out if you're okay with a lateral move if offered.
What are the most important soft skills to be successful at CASE?
It will vary based on the department/person you're working for.

In my experience a couple or at the most a few weeks.

In my experience not long after a couple of weeks maybe.
What is the dress code at CASE?
Relaxed, although it could depend on the department/school you work in.
How do you feel about CASE's future?
It's a university that's been around years and it's likely not going anywhere.
How often do employees get raises at CASE?
Since I've been here every year when they're on time. However, it's not a given you will get the budgeted percentage.
How's the vacation policy at CASE?
It depends on the grade and it maxes out at 21 days at 10+ years regardless of grade with the exception of grade 9 and below which maxes out at 11 days.
What should I wear for an interview at CASE?
The standard suit, professional attire.
What are the differences between maternity and paternity leave at CASE?
There isn't a difference. It's standard FMLA after all of your vacation/sick time is used first.
