  • When I was hired there wasn't any training and I had to figure out the culture, systems on my own. I would venture to say it's that way throughout the university because any position I interviewed for more often than not the person in the position had already left.

  • There are no hard interview questions in my experience, however, the strength/weakness or what was your most stressful type questions are asked and if you're experienced or don't let those thing bother you it can be annoying to come up with a fake answer.

  • It depends on the grade and it maxes out at 21 days at 10+ years regardless of grade with the exception of grade 9 and below which maxes out at 11 days.
