I enjoy the work that I do, however as an employee I do not feel valued by the company. That is not to say my supervisor, but the actual leadership. No 401k match, high cost of benefits, limited personal time and sick time. Leadership also took workers from salary to hourly, despite growing.

Catapult Learning engages in deceitful business practices, which includes writing down false times that the students are in attendance for resource support (they receive more money if students attend a full hour program, even if they are not), along with uneducated managers who have issues with rage

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Catapult is still suffering from growing pains as a result of mass growth and poor management. There are new managers working to rectify this, but it is a process. Nonetheless, the work is rewarding and the people are inspiring, which makes it all worth it.
