What did you like most about the interview process?

Made you feel comfortable when interviewing.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Hiring bodies to fill position. No one is qualified, they barely work and it's okay.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Actually hearing what people are saying. We aren't complaining to complain. We're complaining for a change. It shouldn't take 5 years to make any change.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Actually caring about the clients. Forcing them to pay when you agreed upon no fees, and ignoring requests consistently is not a way to keep them happy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

On average, employees are paid 20k less then counter parts at every other company. The lowest benefit package you can buy is as expensive as the highest package at many other companies.
