What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Hearing from everyone and not just pet few.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Once again, talk to everyone and listen to what they say.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Can't think of one since the team was actually only 3 main people and a few ancillary people in other places.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I left the job because of the manager; she didn't trust people and accused people of things without proof. She lacked confidence herself, which contributed to this behavior. She was promoted from basically an admin to a director of an IT specific area without expertise.
