My experience in cbre is not very good due to the environment, team leader and team members

I quit, they need to find it themselve

Communication is the key, but it is not appreciated in my team

My skills and productivity are much better than a senior (at that time I join a company with a junuor position), the company needs to promote a person if she/he is outstanding, and give good salary
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Excel is important but they dont know it much to use in their work. Time for coffee and smoking too much but no attention to their task, communication in team is really rare, only good morning and good bye during the day
