Great experience overall but limited room for advancement

Lack of respect and limited opportunity to advance myself

Good team but not the best team. Too much change and turnover has left us with uncertainty.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Given the ability to do more work, better more profitable work, and be incentivized to produce/sell more work and make more money for myself. However, I am not and capped out at around $100K and unable to achieve more.
