That’s a hit miss subject, puts on a good show but does not promote the people under nieth
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I don’t have a paper stating that I’m qualified for a certain hvac, so my thoughts don’t really matter.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I can run the building as good, I do feel that my skills are not as a value to them.
