TD contract leadership only negative but Corporate I would rate very high as I really feel they want a change.
Respect employees, talk is cheap, actions speak loudly. Remember, people don't leave companies they leave managers. Managers don't care about their employees only their bonuses.
Only management receives pay raises and bonus. Techs are told if we don't like it there are plenty of people out there who want your job.
We are not valued for our ideas just our backs and are told by immediate manager no raises in future but were doing a great job.
Communication with the people who work with the customers is not appreciated. Tools, processes and procedures hinder our ability to do our job. Management seems like like they want to lose this account.
