Everyone is trying hard and wants to do good things.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I should be given sick leave in addition to my paid time off. I shouldn't have to use my vacation time when I'm sick or need to see my doctor.

Company is pushing brokers to be independent pendent contractors and eliminating company contributions to healthcare 401k etc

At my CBRE office, there are no raises, no bonuses, no paths to promotion and women are routinely paid less than men for the same job.
