What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There IS NO Positive culture. We manage the property for a Boston-based fortune 500 financial firm. They are so EFFING messed up (people crying in the halls, seminars on workplace violence and depression, forced 'fake' camaraderie) that it flows into our everyday life and makes most people miserable

Company is pushing brokers to be independent pendent contractors and eliminating company contributions to healthcare 401k etc

At my CBRE office, there are no raises, no bonuses, no paths to promotion and women are routinely paid less than men for the same job.
