Work is chaotic and generally consists of trying to keep more "balls in the air" than anyone could possibly hope to manage. On-boarding was non-existent and leadership is severely lacking. Management is uninspiring.

Getting off of work at 4PM.

Unlimited PTO is okay... provided mgmt. decides to go along with it.

I was made an offer on the spot after the first interview concluded.

"What does the leadership team need to get better at?"...that's an easy one to answer: LEADERSHIP!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
"Culture" is somewhat nonexistent (weird...first time experiencing such a thing and I've worked a lot of gigs).
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are overly clique'ish. Asking for help from most coworkers is generally not worth even the investment of time required to ask.
