Ability to continue to learn (we have a lot of horizontal mobility across roles and departments, at least!)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company is committed to RISE values and cut-throat personalities (although tolerated as individual contributors) generally don't get promoted to leadership positions.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Got to speak up between formal interview questions and the Q&A session at the end went well (helped me understand the company environment and what the hiring managers liked about CBRE and the account they work on).
