We work 10 hrs M-F, 8 hrs Saturday & sometimes 8 hrs on Sunday! The bosses give bonuses to their facorite emplouees and the rest do not get the bonus! You are forced to work company holidays, ALL of them!

Its not the coworkers. Its centene!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is ansolutely no positive.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
EVERYTHING! Since they fired all the ppl who refused to take the vax, we work 66 hrs/week!
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
You have to have EXACT dates you started and left previous jobs or they wont hire you. You have to have the covid shot or they wont hire you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are treated poorly. Have to ask off for our paid holidays and only 5 ppl are allpwed off ar any 1 time! If we have a planned event on Sunday and cannot get off work, we are given a point!
