What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits. Starting salary is average. Raises are not even worth mentioning.

Honesty. Stop throwing your team members under the bus. There is no "I" in team.

It depends on the person. There are several leads that see your potential and genuinely want to see you grow. That said, cliques are overwhelming at Centene. If you're not in the "right" clique, you may NEVER move up the ladder.
