We are all brand new on this team we're starting at the bottom going to rise to the top
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Manager always has a smile on her face always in it happy positive mood whether she feels that way or not she only shows positive energy to everyone
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Im hoping that it changes up a bit there's a few that like to bully people and mess with their minds. Just a few though. The rest of them are awesome
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work from my home not having to get out on the streets and drive every day to get to work not having to worry about gas money everyday
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work that is needed on a daily basis does not match the pay the pay should be higher and I don't mean just a little bit probably about six or seven more dollars an hour it requires a lot of multitasking and detail and a good memory
What did you like most about the interview process?
The man who interviewed me was super nice a total people person he knew exactly what he was doing he knew exactly what he needed to give me as far as paperwork he knew all the questions I would ask so he answered before I had to ask him he was on top of his job
