Having difficulty thinking of anything.

Interact and listen to the employees actually doing the job. Respond the their concerns.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Management needs to be honest with employees from the beginning, not just parrot corporate policy.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Make it face-to-face. Tell the prospective employee how they would fit in and make a difference.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of openness and honesty. Improvement would come from and shift in corporate culture, which I cannot see happening.
