Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation was fine. Watching years of knowledge get traded for another operating model and a fresh set of consultants made it clear what the company actually values.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The company has mistaken motion for progress for years. Fewer slogans, fewer reorganizations, fewer consultants, and more accountability from the people making the decisions would be a good start.
