Good company for the most part, good people. Few bad apples, especially since the Wellcare acquisition. No severance plan. Anti-union.

The manager and the lead are bullies.

Great people for the most part.

Treating subordinates with respect. Fostering a more collaborative environment. Less micromanaging
What did you like most about the interview process?
I didn't have to interview, but I did help interview a candidate. It was very intense.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Low deductible PPO plans available. But they did just do away with mine and make me choose a new one.
What are some of the best things about your team?
With the exception of the manager and one lead, we are a very collaborative team. Those two people make denigrating remarks which lowers team morale.
