I enjoy the space that is given to me by my manager to work, but I do not like the pressure the new leadership is giving us. Our team was #1 and we we're still being questioned on petty things even if we were not team that was low on enrollments.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy the diversity in out team.

Helping out my clients and them receiving the answers/help they need.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together and we're always on the top BC reps.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When we merged with Centene we were told we'd get a raise and etc. We have NOT seen this happen. We Benefit consultants are under compensated. SAD.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At the moment I can't say what I like, because we just merged. I feel leadership doesn't see what we the Benefit Consultants work like and expect so much from us. We have families and we WORK our heads off and don't feel appreciated.
